Reviews: Quick to respond to the request for a quote, and was helpful on the first visit, including reassuring me that I didn’t actually need one part of the work done, which he could quite easily have gone ahead with and charged me for. Work was completed as agreed, with plenty of explanation and involvement on the day to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend John and use him again.
