Hi, I just had to write a review on our experience with John. He saw my little girl (3) and said hello and started a conversation with her, which most tradesman usually just ignore the kiddies so that in my book is a BIG thumbs up. He turned up on time. The job wasn’t a straight forward one and he went through everything thoroughly to find the answer to our weird lack of power. He was very polite and cleared up after himself.
