John came to repair our oven – he gave advice on the phone, came out the next day to diagnose and returned to fit the parts when they arrived. He turned up exactly when he said he would and was great at keeping in touch between visits. He also checked a couple of sockets and gave some other useful advice. I highly recommend John and will definitely use him again for any electrical work.
