I found john in a local directory and asked him to do a small job for me, on the phone he was polite and seemed to come across as nothing was to much trouble, he arrived on time and did a great job. Since then he has done two more jobs for me, one of which was fairly major, he keeps in touch about times and prices, never leaves a mess, Great trades man and highly recommended.
