Outstanding service 10/10. We have no hesitation in highly recommending John as he is very professional and thorough in the way that he diagnosed the problem and dealt with it.  He communicated extremely well, was punctual, and even during lockdown we felt safe and had full trust in John, a great guy with a great sense of humour.
